The Federal Aviation Administration is recommending airlines that fly the Boeing 737-900ER plane perform a visual inspection because the aircraft has a similar plug door to the one that blew off of the Alaska Airlines 737 MAX 9. Tom Costello explains this plane model is an older one than the MAX and so far no issues have been reported.

why it's best we don't fly on Boeing… what a shame.. Boeing's quality has gone downhill over the years
Nbc nationals broadcast communism
Come fly with us we have the best views of all aircraft and oh my god don’t forget about the thrills they we’ll last a life time 😅
Peter Griffin, this is the most reckless thing you've ever done oh, come on, Lois What about that time I was on the alaskan airlines flight?
Boeing should fix all those issues properly, not only USA, airlines in India too rely heavily on these 737 planes, and have a lot of orders for these planes.
Hopefully this teaches airlines to stop supporting Boeing. Their safety and quality has been a mess for decades.
Why can't we have loose bolts in billionaires' furniture, houses, vehicles – especially their planes?
More loose bolts?! Yikes!
whatever it takes to earn a profit over human safety
here we go again
It's honestly sad that we trusted these companies to fly their planes and they don't inspect the planes for safety measures.
The US Government allowed all major airline manufacturers to merge then the result is garbage. Boeing started laying off hundreds of quality inspectors in 2019 so that they could increase management salaries and profits for shareholders.
I thought it would be obvious to check every door plug in every Boeing plane model. But I thought they would double and raise inspection quality standards for everything since the Max crashes. Next time, you don’t know if the wheel falls off or something.
American Aerospace companies have failed their country. It used to mean something if you worked at Boeing. Now they're planes are falling out of the sky.
😂😂 buy American they said. 😂😂
Universal, you are one of the Big 5 of Hollywood. History time. 20th Century Fox didn’t start until May 31, 1935 in Century City, California. News Corp didn’t start company until March 15, 1980 in Adelaide, South Australia (Flat Earthers are going to hatethat.) Fox News didn’t start business until October 7, 1996 in Avenue of the Americas, New York City.
Disney Animation Studio, started in October 16, 1923 in Burbank California, before Silicon Forest even existed and way before it was first known to the public in January 11, 1971 by newspaper business Electronic News. That’s way before any electronics we know today existed.
If you call Disney woke today, you are calling even the birth of your own business woke in the process.
I got a flight in July it better be a Airbus
There needs to be more a380s on domestic flights
Boeing is blowing it
Boing has weathered many storms. I am sure their HR department has been hiring the very best people to check all the boxes.
If its Boeing I am not going
