N. Korea is without a doubt being a provocative thug in using a ballistic missile to launch its satellite. FYI, U.S. launches its satellites using the Pegasus rocket. It is not a ballistic missile. Pegasus is flown on an airplane over open ocean to an altitude of approx. 40,000 ft., where it is released and free-falls five seconds before igniting its first stage.
No spying for Nk for now. Up in smoke.
