The families of the Uvalde massacre called for gun legislation amid a recent spate of mass shootings. “Take clear notice of these common-sense gun laws our children and future need to live in the United States of America and stop living in the United States of the NRA,” said Velma Lisa Duran.

Could empathy, belief in oneself, a healthy discipline and endurance, compassion for others, and disdain for any form of violence, be taught in primary school? or is that 'too much'? .. because if children missed out on learning these from their parents…
it could also be taught that all men are equal; bullying must not be tolerated or ignored in school or at work.. don't have one standard at school, then another in the real world.. no bullying wherever.. no to violence.. no to panic attacks.. no to depression.. no to victim shaming.. no to bully rewarding.. we get what we give.. society reaps what society sows…
oh, and stricter gun laws.. don't sell to raging people who look normal on the outside..

Easy gun access mixed with mental health is a toxic mix for a mass shooting. More needs to be done to help people with mental health and gun access in communities need to be taking off the streets.
