I'm german and just read in my newspaper: Jayland Walker was hit by more bullets than the German police shoot in a year (not counting shots fired in training, of course). And in the last 30 years, an average of 10 people a year have been shot by police officers in Germany. (In the U.S., the number was 1,054 people last year).
