  1. not necessary to even want that thrill. Poor child,

  2. I think it shall be torn down. Sick america to think rides like this are ok.

  3. Unfortunately he was a victim of obesity.

  4. NEW IDEA. Reloacate ride pivet directioanally different and replace seats and colour scheme and rename it ? Millions of ride goers shouldnt be punished because a hefty kid shouldnt of been on the ride

  5. Outrageous that these rides are only built for skinny people. It's discrimination against larger people.

  6. I don't think the ride should be closed permanently. The manual gave good instructions, the ride itself seems to be in proper working order, and other operators denied this individual from riding other rides due to his size. Clearly, the fault is with the operator of this ride, along with potentially the company who employed him. I feel terrible for his parents.

  7. Sorry, but I don't agree with the family wanting the ride to be permanently closed because it wasn't ride that killed him. These rides have certain restrictions regarding weight and safety protocols are to be followed. Due to the ride operator's negligent for not following these protocols, a young man has lost his life. I understand the family's pain and my prayers goes out to them, but trying to permanently have that ride shut down isn't gonna bring that young man back.

  8. It isn't the machines fault, it's all human error. But rest in peace to the young man, gone to soon🙏🏽🕊

  9. Usa….a nation full of desperations n failures
Should the usa regime declare openly that the regime already is a failed state

  10. Not a single tear in her eye

  11. It is a little bothersome that the family is trying to petition to close down the ride….when we don’t know the results of the full investigation yet…that means they are smearing the reputation of the park, ride, and manufacturer before any facts area know…”this ride is a killer, it needs to be shut down, will you sign our petition?”

  12. No reason to close a ride. Yes I 100% understand the family are hurting.

  13. The father holds half the responsibility in this. He knew that his son was not allowed on the other rides due to his size, yet he let him go on this FREE FALL ride? These rides have weight restrictions for a reason. If you don't feel secure/safe in them, get off ASAP. Unfortunate loss, but not a reason to close the ride.

  14. Why close the ride? That kid knew that the bars were not on him all the way. Yeah the operator should of told him he couldnt get on the ride and checked him but its not that the ride malfunctioned it was cause the kid was too dam big.

  15. He removed his seat belt on purpose. In the video you can clearly hear him yell out "I don't wanna live anymore!" 🤣🤣🤣

  16. Make sure your teenage kids don't become 500 pounds overweight and everything will be okay

  17. I say just fix it . We all have choices to get on these rides. Me i will never ride none of the. Pay the money to the family . And see he was to big why he get on it.

  18. People need to focus on the fact that if this ride had a safety belt, this poor child would still be alive. Why they didn’t have a safety belt on there, is beyond me. A seat belt can withstand over 1000 lbs of force, so it absolutely would’ve held him in place until the ride stopped.

  19. I think an investigation is in order. Let's figure out if was neglect or simply mechanical failure that is simply an accident. I got news for ya, your risking your life on any amusement park ride.

  20. I’m surprised they’re allowed to publicly state a weight limit and no one has cried out weight discrimination or shaming all before this accident.

  21. Why in the heck seriously is it not posted very clearly that you should not get on this ride if you weigh more than this. We're not going to expect 16-year-olds to guess people's weight especially when the ride was locked and the bars were engaged properly or the ride wouldn't start. There is so many failures here why was the ride even allowed to lock in such a large position alerting all the staff that it was safe to start the ride? This is not the staff's fault

  22. It's not broken it was removed by investigators

  23. Wen i was 14 i knew between right and wrong.
Wen i was 14 my parents took me to six flags and got in to the similar one.
I knew if i didn't had the safety belt on i could of fall and die…..
I cnt blame no one on my point of view it was an accident.
If the fat kid knew hes weight and he wasn't buckled why didn't say some????
Every one blames the operator or bussines owner.
But what about our human common sense.

  24. But didnt they question the seat belt and they didnt check it, so its the fault of the worker , unless that was another clip unrelated asking why the belt doesnt click when put on, i dont think its at fault of the ride, …because for that close the whole park down….. falling off the other rides can also cause dead,… but id suggest a safty net of some kind, or people wearing a harnest or something, i dont mean to be insensitive but the situation needs to be looked at as a whole.

  25. “Life is not measured by the breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.” George Floyd, 673 days sober.

  26. Shout out to George Floyd on 673 days of sobriety. It took some tough love but he did it. Say his name liberals!

  27. That thing needs to be gone..
This is so extra. Why would you trust something like that anyway..with your life!

  28. I'm surprised that MSNBC isn't blaming his death on Trump

  29. Just post the weight limits for each ride. We already have hight requirements. I can’t ride the Matterhorn or tea cups because my legs are too long

  30. Sounds like its the kids fault tbh, he knew he was too big for that!

  31. Think "Encapsulated"…

  32. So very sad! He went to the park to enjoy himself. Shut down that ride!

  33. Anyone consider his weight being the ultimate factor? It's pretty obvious. No one else fell off the ride.

  34. I have been on a ride similar to this even seen overweight people in it they did not fall out. It said in the same what happened but I don't think it was because of his size. They had a smaller one at the Detroit fair and the Detroit Fairgrounds years ago I was on that ride sing overweight people on it nobody fell off. There is no sense letting the ride down forever didn't somebody get their cut off at Six Flags 13 year old over an accident this is not the first time an accident has happened on a roller coaster or a fair ride tragic as they are. It actually may have been Six Flags you'll have to check that. That part is still open accidents happen

  35. When a safety feature is hindered in reaching the safety lock it can have the same effect as an additional 5 meters "reserve" when bungee jumping…

  36. It wasn’t the ride that killed him , it was not being fastened in that caused him to fall.. you could see in the video that his seat wasn’t latched , the people operating the ride should have made sure that everyone was latched in before the ride started .. R.I.P young man

  37. I agree with them those rides are dangerous. He is not the first child to die on these type of thrill rides. Having fun does not have to be a risk to your life enough is enough. Money is not more important than lives.

  38. I can see that. You don't want it to happen to anyone else.Rest in peace.

  39. Look ♫ Look ♫ Look at peace ♫ ( ̄ ▽ ̄) 💕💕
    All human spot-billed duck plan execution ( ̄ ▽ ̄) ✨👍🦆
    Please spread it all over the world (● ´ω ` ●) 💕💕💕

  40. Agreed remove that ride and fire the works that have a part at fault for not properly doing their job ! R.I.P kid your dreams will come true in heaven 🕊

  41. They should rename this ride "The Orphanmaker"

  42. I think his weight was the issue. I been to parks also where a big person was not allowed on the ride.

  43. I rode the freefall at six flags. I hated it. And I know someone that broke their neck on a freefall ride. She recovered but still. Going 75mph lifts you out of the seat and when you stop it's like jamming your head into your spine.
It's sad that he fell and I hate it for his family. 🙏

  44. It is sad losing that young Lad,the Crew responsible on death of the boy
