Danny had free will to decline the hazing and walk away from the fraternity . Everyone was immature in this situation including Danny. Just say “NO”
Fraternities are dumb, never understood why kids wanted to join those, if a Fraternity told you to drink an entire bottle of vodka and you do it, you deserve what ever happens next.
What needs to happen is the whole frat and sorority culture needs to be finished with or at least monitored by school officials. They shouldn't be allowed to have their own houses anymore because even with surveillance, this happened.
There have been too many cases about hazing for people to not be held accountable!

Parents should sue themselves for their incompetence and stupidity of letting their son rush a fraternity like they can't believe this could happen to their danny like any person with a brain knows what fraternities do

Look, I know that's harsh, but Jesus Christ literally every fraternity has engaged in hazing at some point (i've never been in one) but this isn't the first time something like this has happened.
