The father of one of the University of Idaho murder victims is now speaking out, describing the long-awaited moment in court where he sat in the same room as his daughter’s alleged killer. NBC News’ Dana Griffin reports on the new details he revealed about why it took so long for authorities to be notified by the surviving roommate on the day of the murder.

There are way too many unknowns in determining the final outcome of this puzzling case that we are now watching:
Was he already inside in the house hiding?
Had the glass door been left unlocked?
Is this a random act or a targeted crime?
Was the 3rd floor the first victims that night?
Had the 2nd floor been the escape route?
Why leave two, especially an eyewitness?
If each bedroom door has a lock on it for privacy, is this why the call wasn’t made until 8 hours later reporting sleeping roommates?
Wasn’t there a bloody mess between the 3rd and 2nd floors? Weren’t there bloody signs all throughout the rooms and kitchen area? It’s so puzzling how these murders were so sterile without signs of struggle and noises for the bottom floor housemates to have perked up to question sounds and sights.

The court isn't going to be able to find an unbiased jury with all this hate on Kohlberger. He's going to walk.
The defense have to prove to tge jury, not thr father.
Actually the defense only has to prove that the defendant is not guilty or the prosecution prove that he is guilty. The US court system does not rule a defendant to be “innocent”.
