They expected to get help for him, instead he was dumped in a cell and froze to death. His crime was mental illness, how would being dumped in a prison cell help him? The family, friends expected help for him and now here they are burying him. He needed to be committed, not incarcerated. Horrible 💔.

I have been openly harassed here in the city of raleigh for well over a decade and this is pretty much how the police respond. Its really the same mentality. the whole city is very corrupt but if there was a decent attorney they could probably make a fortune suing the Raleigh Police Department
