There is nothing in the constitution that states the people don’t have the right to bad information. An American citizens opinion is not election interference, it’s his right to express himself. The first amendment protects all speech. If some one spreads lies, thats what the courts (sue for slander and defamation) are for. Will some be fooled, sure. There will always be a price to pay for liberty 🗽 for freedom. But let’s be honest. Most people are not looking for truth, they are looking for validation of there opinions. All these men have already committed perjury to congress. They should all be in prison. The fact that they are not should tell us a lot about the rule of law in this country, or lack of.
