The FDA approved a new drug for obesity, Zepbound, made by Eli Lilly, which is potentially more effective at losing weight than any other drug on the market. The medication is already being sold as diabetes drug Mounjaro. NBC News’ Stephanie Gosk has more details.

Quite expensive. Well, i was spending similar amount before September 2021, when I bumped into what you would call a GOLD MINE. I saw an old friend at Walmart who had lost so much weight and got in shape. 3 months later, I lost 42 lbs and now have the body shape I always wanted.

I just lost about 50 lbs in 6 months not doing anything dramatic except limiting my food intake without starving myself & light weight lifting. I credit my mental health for being able to do that in a healthy manner. People try to do too much too fast and fail. Your head has to be in the right place.

Sounds promising. Very skeptical of something touted to be this easy for losing weight instead of exercise and a consistent diet. For the people who genuinely might need something lile this, it would be wise to consult their doctor just to ensure its safety in the user, not only its effectiveness.
