A federal jury in Washington, D.C. is deliberating on the amount that former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani must pay to two former Georgia poll workers he falsely accused of election fraud. Giuliani opted not to testify. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian has the latest.

The money won't matter much to Rudy if he’s convicted in Georgia for racketeering which comes with a mandatory minimum of 5 years and maximum of 20 years prison sentence; at his age, it more than likely a life sentence unless he pleads out. Whatever money he has left he can spend it at the prison store for snacks for the rest of his life.
