Keith Turi, assistant administrator for field leadership at FEMA, says flooding and mudslides remain a major concern on the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Fiona dumped more than two feet of rain. More than 1.3 million people are without power and the remaining residents are relying on an already fragile infrastructure that is still in the process of recovering from Hurricane Maria.

FEMA is still doing paper work and evaluating damages and cost caused by Hurricane Maria. What is worst is that most of the people working in FEMA do not know nothing about reconstruction, prices and not even their own policies. They tend to misinform the applicants and have then back and forth, what is really shameful is they just want to extend their time working in FEMA because they are to incompetent to hold a job in the private sector. When you have TFL’s , Branch Directors, Crew Leads, etc… that when asked about damages, fixes, costs and time frames none of them can give you a straight answer.
