Fighters with a Russian mercenary group abandoned Ukraine and marched toward the Russian capital over the weekend in an unprecedented armed rebellion. Late Saturday, the group’s leader made the decision to turn back after an apparent deal brokered by neighboring Belarus. NBC News’ Kelly Cobiella reports.
