The wildfires raging in Chile have killed more than 90 people and destroyed hundreds of homes. NBC News’ Josh Lederman has the latest as Chile’s military helps firefighters fight the blaze by plane, helicopter and on the ground.

I think many countries should put law enforcement in place specifically in the summer, there are many unethical people now around to create fires and the hot weather helps dangerously.

Seems more and more likely, scenario SSP5-8.5 of the IPCC assessment may come to fruition (or at least the higher end of the spectrum). I say enjoy what you can, while you still can; pity the generations to come.
