Memphis police have just released the footage from the death of Tyre Nichols we’re gonna play it for you now but we want to let you know we have not seen the video because we felt it was important to watch it in real time with you, the viewers because of this we do not warn we want to warn you there will likely be profanities a lot of profanities an emphasis this video is incredibly graphic violent and incredibly disturbing. We also know that the Memphis police have redacted some parts to cover license plates and faces of people related to this incident we will play it now. video plays if you’ve just been joining us now we’re watching the first video that’s been released by the city of Memphis in the take down in arrest and later brutal beating of Trye Nichols this is the first video that we saw with the initial traffic stop police here said that pulled them over for reckless driving but even the chief of police has said there was no evidence showing he was driving recklessly we have taken away so far from these first critical moments is that Trye Nichols when he comes out of that car is he sounds like he’s afraid and confused as police take him out and put him on the ground and attempt to tase him hand cuff him before he then runs away.

He didn’t deserve to die, but I don’t wanna share a world with people who fight the police either. Every single person involved is to blame, including Nichols. Anyone who says he complied is either a liar or a moron. It was absolutely appropriate to taze a man who refuses to let you handcuff him and is kicking officers.
The cause of death is also going to make it hard to convict these officers. If I was on the jury, I wouldn’t convict on murder charges and I’m far from some right wing racist.

I didn't see anyone getting beat…i saw him resisting arrest and then running from the police. Why could he have not just did what they said from the beginning? He'd still be alive. I'm not in any way condoning the officers incredibly unprofessional behavior. But this young man broke the law and continued to break it. That's just simply the facts of this video.
