Since they were caught before being given the prize, they cannot be convicted of theft, so MAYBE only "attempted" fraud. And it's too late for any of their previous wins to be investigated, so it is highly doubtful they'll do any time.

I was in a crappie tournament once with a friend. Two other guys had to have cheated. They caught more than all the other teams combined. No one checked live wells or coolers that day either.
Most likely this isn't the first time fishers have cheated, they should've checked
We will never progress. Guys like these think it was acceptable to cheat. Would be nice to strip them of citizenship and ship them to a country with a social contract that agrees with their cheating values. Enough of people like this living among us.
