Just days after the start of the fall semester, Indiana State University announced it believes five of its students were involved in a deadly crash overnight. Authorities say a vehicle suddenly veered off the road in Riley, Indiana, crashed into a tree, and caught fire with the five still inside. The Vigo County sheriff says the driver and two passengers couldn’t be saved and were pronounced dead at the scene. The other two passengers escaped alive with injuries, according to authorities. The university is still trying to identify the victims.

Dam people and their cellphone driving are a mess…
This is bizarre… that tree was not even remotely close to the road they looked like they were driving down… i mean… they had to completely ignore the road and drive straight through the opposite lane and out far past. Additionally, the passenger on the driver's side would have normally have noticed the car going off the road and could have normally attempted to turn the steering wheel. I wonder wat kind of car and yr that car was ? These new cars with all the computer controlled systems with GPS connections imo could easily b hijacked and foul play committed against anyone.
