  1. I feel like he wanted an excuse to shoot that man and that acorn falling just helped him out. This mofo'er literally did a front hand roll like he was on "CALL OF DUTY"

  2. And yet another example of cops getting treated differently from the rest of us "nobodies" not associated with the law. 🖕🤨

  3. I mean…. Guns are loud. He didn’t ask himself where the missing “boom” was?

  4. A fking acorn? Who doesnt know what acorns sound like snd for thst matter what person who carries a pistol starts shooting without verifying its a pop from an actual weapon?

  5. How come the officers didn't get charged?

  6. Am I the only one who didn't hear anything that sounds like a gunshot?

  7. acorns are brown and brown Things are scary to police there I solved it.

  8. This guy had better be fired and charged with reckless endangerment and negligent discharge of a firearm in public

  9. Some of these cops want to be the last action hero, so bad. Did you see the action jackson sprint and roll? All from an acorn falling on the ground.🤦🏾‍♂️. Day to day life isn't a COD ps5 game. Real lives are on the line.

  10. Was the tree taken in for questioning? Will the acorn be confiscated until further notice? Are Florida Sheriff Deputies now mandated to take Acorn Safety Courses?

  11. Everyone who sees this needs to read about Jordan v. New London

  12. Hang on. Not only they mistook an acorn falling to GUNFIRE, not only did they all fire into a police cruiser, but they missed every shot? They couldn't take down a person sitting in the back of a police cruiser with their hands tied behind their back?

  13. This is more of a cultural problem with all US police forces, the police officers are trained to be always on edge and always respond with maximum force, no thinking, no reasoning, just simple maximum force all the time.

  14. This officer will be taking a new job in a city near you.

  15. If this was anyone else not in uniform theyd be charge with attempt of murder which is what this cop should be charged with, pretty sure a falling acorn doesnt echo several blocks down

  16. 2 tiered justice system at it again. shouldnt officers have to get insurance which pays out to the victims until no insurance company will cover them anymore

  17. keep in mind many cops ages 21-30 were those school-shooter acting kids that wore tap-out shirts and osiris shoes, drawing punisher skulls on everything pretending to be the coolest person on the planet while simultaneously constantly contemplating suicide

  18. Nobody was hurt so I don’t see what the big deal is. Officer safety is number 1!!

  19. If you're this stupid…please don't be a cop.

  20. The 2nd amendment: "a well regulated milita"
ill stop at those four words and tell you he already doesnt qualify and therefore should lose his right to carry a firearm ever again.

  21. There was prior discussion about the suspect having a pistol with suppressor; apparently the cop had this in is brain, and not much else.

  22. "Resigns" – a normal citizen would be in jail for attempted murder, and reckless discharge of a firearm.
One set of laws for the police – a completely different set for the rest of us.

  23. But if he is in back seat how can he get out and the windows didn't even shatter 🤣

  24. Thank goodness the bloke in the back of the car didn't fart…

  25. I honestly feel this country needs to retrain all police… the current training they go through is basically hyping the officers up to be scared and on edge all the time… I feel our state and local governments need to install more peace and understanding into their officers… less armor and bullets and more words and reasoning…

  26. He resigned but still has his certificate. He will patrol the streets again.

  27. he shouldnt have dropped that acorn, alls im sayin

  28. i give it 6 months and he is working for a different police department. That's how it always goes down, that's why they let him resign.

  29. Your American Taliban.

This is what Americans are – gun nuts — because when you have an entire country that resolves around guns, you will try and solve EVERY problem (including falling acorns), with a gun.
