When you have a gun everything is a target.
There's nothing about the 2nd A that gives you the right to actually fire a gun, and especially nothing to give you the right to shoot people you don't like because they are trimming trees. But I suppose the old guy will say they were his trees and he was defending his property and in Florida, he will walk.
