🤨 I'd like to know how the Orange / Osceola County FL tax collectors have managed getting around the Save Our Homes (SOH) 3% cap and the non-homestead 10% cap's .. this will only invite another law suit as this is a state Constitutional tax Caps which means home owners that have the brains can seek out a law firm and sue both the Property appraiser's / Tax collectors and County Government's over it.. the total tax bill increase can not exceed 3 % and non homesteads 10 % 😐 said a 20 to 25 % prop tax increase a home owner could start a class action injunctive & monetary relief in a law suit against them Ref: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=56dcdsDbhJE
