Pinellas County Sheriff Deputy Michael Hartwick was allegedly struck and killed by a worker operating a front-end loader in a construction zone on a Florida interstate. The suspect fled the scene and was later found after a nine-hour manhunt. WFLA’s Jeff Patterson reports.

Was probably an accident, but he ran away, tried to cover it up, and is here illegally. if you ask me, I think that deserves 25 to life… also the company should face negligence charges or something to that affect. would def motivate them into being more thorough in the hiring process.
