Students from a Florida high school staged a walkout after school officials were reassigned over a transgender student’s participation on the girl’s volleyball team. WTVJ reports.

as a former student i can admit its easier to get students to walk out than stay inside.
Walkout? In the Buffalo area schools on bright sunny warm days (which are few and far between) someone would pull the fire alarm and half the students didn't come back.

Like any of these kids walked out for support of some dude who wanted to infiltrate the girls locker room as a trans.
There are a lot of ignorant young adults in this generation XX and XY. Pretty straight forward….

They just look for any excuse to walk out of class. Bottom line is they don't want to go to class.
The real issue is why is there a transgender person on the girls team and when I say transgender I mean a boy pretending to be a girl why is that happening it has no place in our schools it should not be done it diminishes our female students in a country where we support female rights
My how time's have changed, this was literally unheard of when I was in school
should make them all go to a separate school, trans on, on your own trans train. they are the seed of esau, in that case let them be who they truly are.
Kids have great ideas and are creatively far more able than most adults. But kids are treated differently in the court of law, and are legally able to be managed by authority figures like parents and school staff for a reason. Kids dont have fully developed brains and are extremely passionate/volatile in emotion. This school principle is letting these kids do anything they want in school, with no consequence. Even as a 22 year old man who graduated 4 years ago. I can see that all the detentions and reprimands I thought were BS and unjust are lessons and learning moments for me now that iv been in the work force with countless unique, differently back-rounded people for the past 3 years. Life is not a fairy tale and things do need reform. But the American way of life is not so bad that we need to destroy it and the flawed but functional systems that were built and have stood over the last hundred years. If we do not control our youth, we are bound to have a world that continues to experiences the luxury built by past generations, with no understanding of how good life is now, and how bad life could be.
That was a vague and confusing probably deliberately.

LOL that's what I was thinking any excuse to get out of school. Like they all act like kids are upset about getting suspended the only ones upset are the parents. News always makes up things I had a friend from another country decide to climb a bridge to take pictures and it stopped traffic for 3 hours. He recorded the police underneath him and he's like look they are scheming something. Then he climbed down and they let him go. The next day the news spun it and made it sound like he was suicidal. Nope he just got a wild hair up his butt.
This is out of control if the law is been aprobé the have to consider bathrooms too God Bless Us he made Adam and Eva not Adam and Steve
It is safe to assume that roughly 95% of these kids are just doing this to get out of class.
Imagine a girl having to go against a boy on the GIRLS team
