A woman was taken into custody after shooting her terminally ill husband and barricading herself in a Daytona hospital, police announced in a press conference. Officials said the woman was following a pact the couple made weeks ago.

Sorry but gonna side with the wife on this one. Let her go without charges and recommend mental health for her, if it can be proven that the couple really did plan and agree with it given their ages and circumstances.
The husband never should have asked that of his wife. Empathy to her. I hope they will let her go. A GoFundMe should be set up for her legal fees.
