Ford Motor Company will build a multi-billion dollar car factory in Tennessee to manufacture its new electric F-150 truck making it one of the largest in the country. NBC News’ Priscilla Thompson has an exclusive look at the site of the future plant as nearby towns fight over who will control the surrounding area.

Western TN is unappealing, poor, and part of tornado alley…it’s losing population and been for awhile. I don’t think it would bring much opportunity back to the area if not create greater inequality and divide. Also I hate Biden to begin with but he basically pushed all these car companies to go electric over the next few years; well Biden and his party will also go the way of fossil fuels ironically.
Its a good idea, at first I was wondering why all these companies are on the east southern part of the United States. I figured out this is the best way to convince people that electric cars in the south is the way to go. Its a movement 🤖 away from fossil fuel energy.

Reason: cheap labor.
They won't stay in business long because
1. People are impatient and can't sit at a station for 45 minutes to an hour to charge up.
2. The electric grid in America is not up to par for all the charging of vehicles.
3. Once average people like me that make 100 thousand are less a year has to have one of these vehicles worked on they will go back to gas are walk everywhere they go.
Wrong headline , this is a predominantly black small town in Tennessee that's on the verge of finally receiving the opportunities for a better life and community. The white power structure in the state of Tennessee are pulling out all of their racist tricks to make sure it never benefits one single black person. Pathetic !

Walked into a Ford dealership to buy a new pickup. Was ignored by everyone in the building. One salesman playing a game on his phone did not even look up.
