Far more than looking for blood and blame it would be better to learn lessons here about the crypto market and simply avoid it like Vegas. Law is limited and late and often causes more grief than the original crime – but it's good for lawyers. You can't regulate stupidity – the government again is the problem more than the solution and regulation is not a replacement for due diligence.

We need to create a simple financially viable way for immigrants to come in legally rather than illegally.
I work in construction and I do not believe a guy that comes here and hangs drywall 6 days a week 10 hours a day is a fentanyl dealer.
I do believe an uneducated impoverished person can easily be talked into paying their way into America by bringing Fentanyl in.
Our current policies create a market for people who assist immigrants to come in illegally. Those people also sell drugs. We are creating a market for them.

As ot is I believe most of them are claiming so many dependents that 0 taxes are being collected. You only need to go to a walmart in my area on a Friday evening to see the long line of immigrants send money home.
There are very good reasons are government discourages money leaving the country. Money moving around in a country helps the economy and as it is alot of America's money is stimulating foreign economies.
