If NATO were to enforce a no-fly-zone that would potentially end in NATO jets shooting russian jets in a direct confrontation. That means an all out war between NATO and Russia. Not a good idea.

Great analysis of the no fly zone issue, however failed to say how would Ukraine be able do something with those MIGs, when even trying to launch an SU-25 from a small private runway was destroyed by Russia before takeoff. You just can_t get anything the size of a MIG into Ukraine without Russia seening it snd hunting it down.
