What is not being reported= This guy was a known drug trafficker back in 2004, years before Obama/Biden supported the coup in Honduras and backed his presidency. This coup overthrew a democratically elected president because he leaned Left, this is US Latin American policy.
But what is more concerning is that the CIA finally admitted to allowing massive amounts of cocaine into the US that fueled the crack epidemic. There has been no consequence, so we must assume this activity is still ongoing.
