77-year-old Tudor Chirila faces second-degree murder charges in connection to the 1972 cold case of Nancy Anderson, who was killed at her Honolulu apartment. The former Nevada deputy attorney general is fighting extradition to Hawaii because he claims his arrest was unconstitutional. KRNVโ€™s Ben Margiott reports.
