This was a mainly peaceful demonstration. Only 0.01% of demonstrators entered the Capitol. There were even no fires or robberies, which Antifa and BLM do often in their demonstrations.
Think about how many times he claimed self-defense in his 20 years as a uniformed officer
He'll probably get like 3 weeks in prison
Up to ten years in prison, an ex-cop doesn't do well in prison, but it'll probably be a cushy federal prison with golf and tennis?
