Honestly if they can’t get the location moved to out of Manhattan he shouldn’t show up for the trial. There is 100% no way he could ever win there. I know he knows he would get off because of the Supreme Court. But he would still be technically convicted. He would be better off ignoring the indictment and staying in Florida if he can’t get a change of venue.
