Mercury vapor lights are easier to tell, but if you zoom in on them they get greener on camera than they look visually. Are these replaced again with mercury vapor lights in important evacuation areas like the purple streetlights tend to be in cities also? They are both UV based. I think that they seem like they mark areas for evacuation from cities when people really want to leave.
