Authorities are investigating two separate triple shootings in Philadelphia that ended with four people dead, including a 12-year-old boy and a 68-year-old woman. WCAU’s Aaron Baskerville reports.

Betvthe shooter was black. Things never change. Did you KNOW black people commit more crimes per population then any other race. Why can other minority. Asian, Hawaii, Indian be peaceful and sustain quality life to the community? It's not cuase the scapegoat of the white man. It is from the inside of the African community.
