If America can no longer enforce its own laws and keep its most extremist tendencies under control how can it be trusted as an ally on the world stage? The damage done goes way beyond being a domestic issue.
Deliberately disgracing America at every turn, Trump still aligns with his longtime money laundering partner Putin.
An early conviction would benefit everyone. Even for Donald Trump himself : save time,save money, lesser jail time.
J. Michael Luttig, Federalist Society and Laurence Tribe, Professor Emeritus at Harvard Law say that Trump is ineligible for elected office in the United States by Amendment 14, Section 3 and that a conviction is not required.
The only defense is that these yahoos were delusional enough to believe that the election was stolen from them. Don't get it. All that has to be proven is that they knew that they were breaking the law. You cannot rob a bank on the mistaken belief that they owe you money.
This is America folks we put a man on the moon we can surely put Donald Trump in prison. We all saw what he did and now that the evidence is starting to come forward into the public light the call to lock him up grows louder each day. More people want him in prison than ever before and it is definitely a majority of the American public.

Long before an actual trial happens, Trump will chicken out and make a deal. His allocution should be quite historic if they get him to admit he LIED about everything and all the fraud. He'll go for no time in jail, but he will probably get a lighter sentence, plus huge fines to pay to compensate those election workers he defamed.

Kudos to Chuck Todd for the locally correct pronunciation of 'DeKalb'. Georgians drop the 'l' in cases like this and e.g. in the name, 'Calvin', which is pronounced, 'Cavin'.
