Anyone who wants to be taken seriously in future is going to have to justify why they ever supported Trump at all then continued supporting him right till the bitter end. Nobody thought Pence had the authority to overturn the election. They thought and he did have the authority not to accept contested electors and send them back to those states to resolve. He absolutely did have that authority as every Vice President has had.
But No court would hear any of the evidence.
