Senator Whitehouse needs to call for Justice Clarence Thomas to step down. Justice Abe Fortas had to step down in 1969 for these types of ethical violations. But Justice Thomas is WORSE! Leader Mitch McConnel said he was using the "Biden rule" when he blocked President Obama's pick of Merrick Garland in 2016. Senator Whitehouse needs to say we are using the "Burger rule" as the former Chief Justice, a Republican appointee to boot, asked Justice Fortas to step down in 1969. It's time for the "Burger rule" and Senator Whitehouse and a bipartisan group of Senators call for Justice Thomas to resign or be impeached! For the good of the country, and the integrity of the court, because Roberts, who is covering up EVERYTHING will not do anything.
