When is having an affair a reason to dismiss the case against Donald Trump trying to steal an election?. Did Willis use poor judgement? Yes she did, but she didn't commit a crime like Trump and his goons did. I thought Romans lawyers spent fat too much time trying to inquire about a salacious affair and not enough time proving Fanni benefitted from putting Wade on the case as lead prosecutor. That is the reason the judge allowed the hearing. I am not sure if this is just a black thing or not, but I also was told by my parents to keep a certain amount of cash on hand at all times in case the banks closed or an emergency. It is not uncommon as the lawyer tried to act. I am not going to say how much cash on hand at all times, but I will say, I agree with Fanni
