Hunter didn't steal top secret documents and then spend a year and a half lying about having them. To say an apple to an orange doesn't do this justice but we will go with that one
There is absolutely no comparison between the Trump cases an the Hunter Biden cases. This is getting fkn ridiculous. The deal fits the precedents' of the statutes for a first-time offender. The only times the gun charge resulted in jail time was when the gun was used during a crime. Provisions of: 26 U.S. Code § 7203, 18 U.S. Code § 922
He did not get off easy. He got what others got.

So, a Trump appointed attorney that was assigned to this case done his job and Republicans are still crying. I thought Trump hires the best people.
I can tell ya from personal experience that usually what happens in this case is the following.
1 IRS sends a letter saying call us NOW!!!!!
2 You spend hours on hold to find out whats wrong
3 you make arrangements to pay your back taxes
4 you pay your back taxes and NO criminal charges are made.
Biden has already paid his back taxes and the only reason he got charged was because of politcal reasons.
If someone claims to be from the IRS on the phone, this is a scam!!! Do not fall for it!!!
