Whats the big problem for coinbase? Just register the securities with the SEC then youll be able to list them legally? This feels like a big "you cant tell me what to do moment" except its literally the government telling you to obey the law. They didnt say you cant list those tokens, they said you need to register with the SEC. Not doing it is like driving a car without a license plate, its simply illegal and we arrived at this law of requiring license plates based on a series of logical decisions.
