I recognized a breach in security twenty five to thirty years ago. We have been openly assisting China's military buildup while profiteers have been laughing all the way to the bank. A strong regulation of technology is past due. American lives are at stake. The benefits of doing business with China are coming to an end. It's a matter of time before the Chinese pull the carpet out from under our feet. It may turn out to be a good thing for the weapons manufacturers.
