On February 7, 2004, moderator Tim Russert interviewed President George W. Bush from the Oval Office. Bush explained his decision to set up a commission to investigate the intelligence failures in the Iraq War, saying it’s “just a part of analyzing where we are on the war against terror.” Bush continued, “I’m a war president. I make decisions here in the Oval Office in foreign policy matters with war on my mind.”

The only person to go to prison for the CIA Torture Program was the whistleblower himself, ex CIA agent John Kiriakou.
The Iraq war was declared illegal on 9/15/2004 by UN Secretary General Kofi Annan….The US (Bush, Cheney, etc) was tried in absentia by the International Commission of Jurists (ICC Geneva) The invasion of Iraq was neither in self defense against armed attack, nor sanctioned by UN Security Council authorizing use of force by member states, and thus constituted the crime of war of aggression.
Still a more coherent and stable genius than #45.
