I didn’t know prison was supposed to be nice and pleasant…
I watch these 60 days in episodes and all those sheriffs know exactly what's going on in their jails, but act like they don't…excuse?…O, this isn't the Hilton….at least treat them humanely…that alone would help with recidivism.
I wonder if this is more systemic racism or a singular person exposing their prejudice and bias. Al Sharpton will explain tomorrow it's none of these things, it's the white man keeping the black man down for so long he doesn't know how to behave because the white man took it!

So the only abuse is using a restraining chair? I've seen plenty of wild hyena inmates that need that until they calm down eventually. The other options can be to let them hurt C.O.'s or themselves get hurt trying to assault people. Maybe pick up additional charges for damaging state property or allow them to fling their own excrement, flood cells with toilet water etc. (Which is a potential health lawsuit liability for the jail).
It happens in every jail and prison every single day. These cops who take out thier bullsh!t on inmates need to be fired and put on the other side of the bars.
