US companies do 10s of billions of dollars of business with the Saudis. If you put gas in your car, you do business with the Saudis. The PGA has been taking advantage of its players for years. That's why players defected. Well, that and money. But hey, we are a Capitalist country. If morality was a factor in any of this, we, as a nation, wouldn't be doing business with most of the world.
