This is the same billionaire propaganda that the Republicans always spew. Tax cuts for the rich stagnant the economy. They give the rich huge tax cuts, but almost nothing to the middle class. Reagan destroyed the economy with trickle down tax policies. He reduced the top tax rate to 27% without removing loopholes. When he left office the debt had tripled and the Reagan-Bush recession began. Clinton raised taxes on the rich. When he left office the budget was balanced and the economy growing. It took Bush six years create the Great Bush Recession, with trickle down tax policies. Republican and Recession are synonymous, because trickle down tax policies don't work.
