I'm a Democrat and I cannot figure out what this story is about. What are the "Twitter files"? I've never heard about this before. Is it something to do with Hunter Biden? No Democrat cares about Hunter Biden. If he broke the law, then he should be tried and punished/fined if found guilty.
Mike Turner says "the Dems will have a difficult time preventing us from getting those documents". Dems aren't trying to block anything. I have no idea what he's referring to. It's like saying "Republicans will have a hard time keeping me out of the local grocery store." It doesn't even make sense. It just sounds like a very bad attempt to gin up outrage.
"Who's the mastermind? We have to find out who is behind this!" they say. The mastermind of what exactly? Behind what? What did the FBI and DOJ do? Are they talking about the 2016 election where Dems LOST and Trump WON?? No one disputes that. If anything, James Comey released info about Hillary weeks before the election and many say his smearing of her name was the cause of her losing. What are Republicans complaining about? That they won?
"James Clapper, John Brennan, 51 intelligence officials, Adam Schiff have lied non-stop." What? Please explain these accusations with examples and details.
"Operatives worked at Google, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn." What's wrong with working at these companies? Why are you using the pejorative "operatives"? Is it illegal to work at these companies or something?

It was a different media and NPR then. Congress created the secret FISA court in 1978 whenever the FBI and CIA want to go outside the constitution or law. Harry Truman said of the FBI "America doesn't need a gestapo" and "Congress was afraid of Hoover".
