Hasn't stopped raining that began Tuesday afternoon. Rain light to heavy all day Wednesday and continued heavy through the night and still today Thursday continues to rain. Rained all night, heavy. Heavy winds began in Orlando Wednesday afternoon. Heavy continuous rain is going to be a problem for many people.
