Court says you can survey. Great. 24 hour notice before entering the property. You have to check in with the owner/tenant. You can not interfere with the regular everyday operations of the property. You can not step one foot off the proposed pipeline route without trespassing. Trespassing is forbidden. Trespassers will be arrested and prosecuted.
Falsely accusing someone of a crime is known as defamation. In some states at least, knowingly calling in a false report of a crime is a crime.

Surveyors have huge free range to trespass abilities to establish property lines . The STATE is the one that takes land . Emanate domain is evil as practiced. Taking of property for PUBLIC USE with just compensation is questionable because of the heavy handed and largely POLITICAL and rolled into the “friends of political contributors “ corruption at its worst.

Ben dealing with this in iowa since last fall survey company's trespassing on our land and making false reports to our local authorities.
