  1. Having worked in entertainment and the legal and medical fields, all I can say is the "Justice System" is really a game, and the winner is the better player with the stronger team. They have the better witnesses, the better evidence, or they're able to prove the counter party doesn't.

This is why there are many instances where people feel justice wasn't served. Well, it wasn't meant to be.

This is also why wealthier people usually win, with their more experienced and well-connected and educated attorneys.

I'll always remember the first time I ever witnessed an attorney I worked with presenting a case in court, and saw how much her nerves got the best of her, making her side of the case seem weak, despite the valid claims of the suit.

It's like writing a Hollywood script (ironically what that particular suit was about lol), you always want to make your key lead likable, even if they've committed atrocities.

Look at Johnny Depp. Handsome and well-liked man, with a deep history of abuse and trauma. Worked with him once, and while he seemed nice, my childhood crush was so turned off by his mannerisms. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case.

Not personally knowing the true details of this case or the people involved, it's interesting to watch someone with a reputation for being so unlikable (Goopie, as my husband likes to call her) on the stand, smirking and showing blatant displays of ego and narcissism. Truthfully, neither party is coming across like a winner.

Are the jurors being sequestered? How are they supposed to avoid hearing anything about this case outside of the courts?

  2. This is probably the one and only case somebody hit somebody else by moving backward on a ski slope. "Ouch! your back just hit me."

  3. This trial is a huge farce, and the old man is a shameless, opportunistic moneygrubber. He should be slapped soundly and sent on his way.

  4. This is a legal case where an accident occurred without the fault of either participant. Skiing involves people moving downslope at high speeds. Both participants took a known risk while skiing.

  5. 0:59 why does she have a Johnny Depp moustache ? No way she swore at him when it happened (like a pirate?) she's not 12 years old.

  6. Money grab from this cupcake.

  7. just pay the poor guy with stupid candle money

  8. The dentist is an opportunistic liar.

  9. What a farce, ambulance chaser.

  10. What was that old man doing on skis?😮

  11. Is this just an insurance claim?

  12. This is just to make you forget about Ukraine. It’s Not working

  13. I really hope this shows the world how fucked up Gwyneth Paltrow is and blacklist her ass.

  14. Paltrow must have an umbrella policy, why is going this far?

  15. $$$ will make him feel better. Go figure

  16. I have had cracked ribs, it is severely painful…Right then and there you know you are in trouble…If Paltrow was responsible regardless of consequences she would have stuck around!! It would be ten times worse for her career or anyone's career to leave….its like a hit and run……….I do not like this male flake!!

  17. I think we should push them both in the down hill ski slope…whoever finish first wins.

  18. I got Amber vibes from that testonomy . Dident seem like she was speaking the truth at all.

  19. Also ski resorts have video cameras, many are live in the internet…

  20. pray for pepper potts 😞

  21. For all of those who have never been skiing, the bunny hills are where children learn how to ski. If this happened on the bunny slope, it happened at a relatively low speed at a mellow angle of descent. I sincerely doubt this is the first time Gwyneth Paltrow has been skiing. I bet she learned how to ski as a small child like she’s teaching her kid to do or having the instructor teach her kid how to do I don’t know why the kid needs instructor if the mom already knows how to do it, but I doubt this is her first day on skis considering her background, you’ve got somebody who doesn’t know how to ski versus somebody who knows how to ski right who’s job is to look pretty and not be injured, so why would they intentionally ski into some old dude? it’s more likely old dude didn’t know how to ski and accidentally crashed into her then somehow thought she would settle it out of court because he got injured? And by the look of his bruised face, he face planted into that yard sale and must’ve suffered a very traumatic brain injury if he really thought this would hold water with no witness, video or evidence. Any one would exclaim they were famous when involved in an incident with a celebrity nepo baby or not.

  22. Bottom line? NEVER go skiing!!! OR play golf with Donald Trump.

  23. The dude is trying to make some money. It's skiing, there is always a risk. Nobody hits anyone on purpose. The dude is a total douchebag.

  24. Gwyneth is an entitled PHONY POS!!!

  25. She's guilty and needs to pay

  26. I love watching rich people get upset about convinces that happen to eachother
