So many people ski with no situational awareness, drifting laterally across a trail, leaving people behind them little chance to avoid a collision. Hypothetically the plaintiff could've spotted the actress before she hit the slopes. He could've run into a tree undetected away from the bunny area; realized his injury would require medical insurance, so he finds the opportunity to slyly stalk the deep-pocket actress, downslope, until he catches her off-guard for a staged collision. This type of civil court troll does exist and there's plenty of ambulance chasers ever-ready to file for them. It's happened to me, and they got away with it$. America's great hoax is the dumb ding-dong school that our courtrooms have become.🏴☠️👺💲☣️
We can dislike an actress’s work AND side with her in a trial. Do I think her reactions were childish? Yes, but it doesn’t take away from what happened here. I think she’ll win this one…🫣
