There is already a lot of hysteria in this case. This accident occurred 7 years ago and this lawsuit was not filed until 3 years after the accident. Yes it would be better if Paltrow didn't look so sad and bored. But maybe it's because she sees this as a money grab and she knows he's lying. If he loses the case not only will he have to pay his lawyers but hers also. That will leave him with almost nothing. Remember he originally sued for $3 million and now it's down to 10 per cent of this. I don't know who is telling the truth but hopefully the jury will make their decision based on the evidence and not the hysteria.

For Christ's sake, skiing is dangerous and accidents happen. This old guy wouldn't be suing if he were run into by anyone else. Here's a tip old man, if you're so fragile that being run into by 120lb woman causes you $300K in injuries you probably shouldn't be skiing in the first place. If I were the jury I wouldn't give him 3 cents.
