The FBI takes threats to the FBI seriously but the threats against Congress and DC police, well, let's see,… 2 years after the incident that best fits the description of the definition of seditious conspiracy with Trump, Bannon, Graham, Alex Jones, Hawley, Marjorie Taylor Green, Trump Jr, Eric Trump, Cruz, the Proud Boys, 3%ers, Q-Anon, Jim Jordan and many others not only repeating the lie of stolen elections but many are actual Congressmen, the president at the time, executive cabinet members as well as acting attorney general helping to sow the seeds of insurrection against congress. The SCOTUS once said that freedom of speech doesn't protect someone falsely yelling fire in a theatre that results in someone being trampled to death but obviously our governmental officials are willing to allow the public broadcasting of claims of a stolen election and promoting of the take back the steal, take back the country, without any evidence provided to federal judges. People actually died on Jan 6th but Garland is taking seriously an attack with a nail gun on the FBI? Its been over 2 years since the Jan 6th incident, over 4 since Mueller's report where McConnell tampered with impeachment proceedings by announcing the republican party decision before even hearing the evidence, over 6 years since Trump requested Russia's assistance "if they're listening" to help him win a presidential election by providing damning email evidence against Hillary Clinton. So, as a citizen, I'd like to know, is it public, national, state, local… threats that he's taking seriously or just threats to the FBI or threats that would interfere with his career ambitions? Is Garland being extorted by Trump who seems to be allowed more protections against FBI standard operating procedures while affording Trump a get out of jail free card any time a new criminal offense is added to the litany of prior criminal offenses? To me it just seems like the nation is paying a significant price by letting all of his crimes to go unpunished while many have been convicted in the past for committing less. Is Trump in jail,… no. Did Trump seditiously conspire to maintain the presidency,… Bannon seemed to know about it, Navarro seemed to know about it, McCarthy seemed to know about it, McConnell seems to know about it, Hannity seemed to know about it, Trump Jr seemed to know about it, Eastman drafted documents to help make it happen which means he knew about it, the CIA who is charged with having to protect him and always be present had to have know about it, basically every republican senator or Congressmen who was repeating the exact same lie with the same cadence had to have know about it to have kept the same storyline, every person on the list of alternate electors knew about it as did all the republican senators that Trump told the GA secretary of state would help him take care of "it" after he declared and found the 11,780 votes knew about it. So with all these seditious conspirators and co-conspirators having promoted the lie that led to the insurrection that made some of them run from the insurrectionists "taking a tour" of Congress, where is Garland's seriousness in addressing this national threat? Perhaps seeing what Trump will decide to do about a search for stolen documents that haven't been returned after that request was in negotiations, isn't really addressing the national emergency of an attempted coup and one has to ask, after 2 to 6 years of waiting for these criminal antics to occur, is the Justice department the right department to deal with criminal activities involving the presidency, Congress or SCOTUS involvements? With all the criminal activities that we've had in our government why don't we have effective oversight of our governmental branches. Especially when the obvious lie of checks and balances fails amidst party politics failures in our Rules of Procedural Order that allow our laws to be nullified by the judges themselves?
